The Stellar Jay
This charming one bedroom cottage will sleep up to 4 people.
Beyond the outdoor dining table and the front French door, there is
a living room with a romantic electric fireplace. A leather sofa folds
out into a queen size bed. Just off of the living room, there is a
comfortable bathroom with shower.
The living room and bedroom are separated by a fully-equipped galley
kitchen with black granite counters, cook top stove, a microwave/convection
oven and a refrigerator. Lace curtains adorn the French doors and
windows.
The bedroom has a king size bed, a French entry door, and a set of
French doors that open onto a private, sunny, balcony with cocktail
table and chairs.
This cottage has a personal hot tub in a private fenced area. There
is also has a gas barbeque grill and a 2nd umbrella table dining table,
in a shady little nook in the yard.
The cottage is equipped with a phone, cable TV, and wireless or Ethernet
internet service. We provide luxury linens and oversize towels. We
have a 2-3 night minimum (3 night minimum for holidays and special
local events). The cost is $200.00/night or weekly for $1200 (pay
for 6 nights, get the 7th free). There is a $80.00 cleaning fee, an
9% Sonoma County tax.
